Refund policy
- Not happy with a purchase? Please email us with any concerns at patty@blackbirdandlou.com. You can also send us a direct message using the form on the 'Contact Us' page. We carefully inspect every item we ship out, but mistakes happen. Clothing is the only category we offer returns on, excluding damaged jewelry or accessories.
- Refunds will be given in the form of store credit via electronic gift card, with the cost of the return label issued deducted from the store credit. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable (excluding damaged items).
- We must receive a request for a return within 14 days of receiving the item. Upon receiving the request we will issue a return label via email to attach to the package before mailing. Clothing may only be returned unwashed, unworn and in the exact condition it arrived in. We are in no way responsible for worn items. All sale items are FINAL SALE. All jewelry and accessories are FINAL SALE with the exception of damages.
- Once we receive and process the returned merchandise, we will issue a store credit by gift card to your email to be used on anything offered in our online store.
